Every product is made from start to finish in our home office by our very small husband and wife team. Many of our things are personalized to your requests and takes a lot of attention to detail to complete accurately.
Thank you for your patience with our family as we give each order the love and time it needs.

Our website will not accept orders Friday at sundown to Saturday at sundown.

o r d e r - u p d a t e s

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. If you did not receive this, there's a chance your email was either not included or misspelled. Contact us at annavancepaperco@gmail.com to get this fixed.

Please, refer back to our current turn around time for estimated shipping. We kindly ask that you do not contact us for further updates if we are within that turn around time.

Once your order has been made, you will receive a shipping notification.

You may also receive notifications when your order is out for delivery and when it is delivered. No other updates will be sent unless we are experiencing delays.

All open orders are subject to our current turn around time. We do not offer an option to rush orders.

Your family is unique. Your needs are unique. This is why we are passionate about personalizing many of our products to fit your unique family and needs.

If you see a product that can be personalized and want to personalize it further, please email us at annavancepaperco@gmail.com to make a request and we will get back to you and let you know what we can do.

Products that do not have personalized options may not be personalized.

What we do not offer: While we are always happy to customize the arrangement of already designed pages, we do not offer new fully customized designs. m i s s i n g - i n f o r m a t i o n

Many of our items are specialty products that have a personalized portion. When placing your order, please ensure that you fill all necessary fields in order to avoid delaying your order.

If information is missing during processing, we will contact you during production and a delay in your response will delay your order further.

Once your order is shipped, we can no longer make further changes.

 

l o s t / s t o l e n / d a m a g e d

Please, ensure you provide the correct address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses you entered. If a package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charge to get the package to you.

If a package is returned to us for any reason, the buyer is responsible for additional charges to ship it back to you.

We are not responsible for lost, or stolen packages. If your package is lost, please contact the post office to file a claim.

Damaged packages may be replaced on a case by case basis. In most cases, as long as the shipping insurance is willing to reimburse the damaged order, we are happy to replace it. Please be sure to photograph damaged packages. Include photos of the box and interior content that was damaged.

(If your order was damaged due to package sitting out in the rain, we are not responsible for replacing it. Please, ensure that your packages can be delivered safely.)

Because our items are made to order, processing times can often change and sometimes delay things. We thank you for your patience as we give each order the appropriate time, love, and attention.

We use First Class (3-5 business days) or Priority Mail (1-3 business days) domestic shipping with most products.

 

r e t u r n s / e x c h a n g e s

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us so that we can resolve it together.

If after receiving your order, you notice an error in personalization, please contact us at annavancepaperco@gmail.com so we can make it right.

If the error was not on our end (Example: you ordered the wrong cover, wrong journal, or made a mistake on your order form) while we still encourage you to contact us to make a fix, we will not be responsible for charges. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping your order back to us and shipping it back to you. 

 

c a n c e l l a t i o n s

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of your order but all cancellations within this time frame will be subject to a 5% fee that we cannot get back from our payment providers. After this, we have a strict no cancellation policy in order not to interrupt the making process.

Once we receive your order, we begin preparing print files for your order. Your order is then printed and sits in waiting for assembling and finishing.

 

r e l i g i o u s   m a t e r i a l

Our homeschool planner has a bible verse in it and quotes by Charlotte Mason may mention God, and we do not offer the option to remove any mentions of God or bible verses.

We have found that many of our secular homeschooling families that repeatedly purchase our planner year after year find these aspects do not affect the usability of the planner.

 

p r o d u c t i o n

Each and every one of our products are handcrafted by my husband and I using American made materials when available.

Note that all of our products are hand produced and assembled in our home office so no two items are 100% identical.

Because of the personalized nature of our products, we sometimes make human errors. Although we strive for 100% accuracy, errors do happen. Please, contact us at annavancepaperco@gmail.com if you have some errors you'd like resolved.

With or without notice, some of our products may experience a change in materials used or appearance. This could be due to material availability, production improvement, or a quality upgrade. Please know that we will not sacrifice quality during these changes.
