Our Order Process
We work in batches. Below is the latest status on batches.
- Printing & Designing Batch 3 & 4
- Prepping Batch 5 & 6
Batch 3 & 4 estimated send-off day: April 14 to April 21
Batch 5 estimated send-off day: April 28-May 1
Batch 6 estimated send-off day: May 5-8
Send-off day: This is the day we send off the entire batch.
Once we begin processing your batch, no changes can be made but you can also request a change with Brailey via email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellations after batch assignment are subject to a service fee due to preparations that may have already been made to your order.
IMPORTANT: Estimated send-off days reflect the day we anticipate sending off your order but this can change due to circumstances out of our control. Due to the personalized and handmade nature of our things things happen to delay processing. Please, check back here for any weekly changes.
What happens if I was missing information and just responded to the email near the batch send off date?
If your information was received 1-2 days before the send-off day, it will be part of the next batch.
Once you have been assigned a batch number, further changes cannot be guaranteed but you can make a request by emailing Brailey at email@example.com
About the process:
AnnaVancePaperCo is run in our home office.
We are a three person team. Anna & Mathew operate the handmade shop while Brailey takes care of customer service questions remotely.
When we receive your order, within the first 24 hours, your order receipt is printed and added to a batch and supplies are ordered as needed.
Anna does all designing and printing of your interiors as well as custom covers.
Mathew prints & laminates your covers.
Hole punching, binding, assembling, and creating accessories is a shared effort.
Anna finishes off your order by lovingly packaging it and sending it off.
